Step 1: summarizing
A-language summary of a 3 to 4 minute speech delivered in the B/C1 language and A-language summary of a a 3 to 4 minute speech delivered in the C/C2 language
Tips: candidates should focus on the general message of the speech and render the information logically, in good Romanian
and in the 1st person. Attention to the introduction and the conclusion is highly recommended.

Step 2: interview
Short introduction, motivation, previous experiences in the field (if any), discussion on matters pertaining to EU policies and current affairs.
Focus on:
- spontaneity, ability to deal with difficult, unpredictable circumstances;
- listening and speaking skills;
- analysis and synthesis skills;
- attitude (non-verbal), fluency; specialized/general knowledge; reaction time.
